My recent stay at Lake View Cottage for Easter was nothing short of extraordinary. The serene and tranquil location, nestled by Lake Tissamaharama, provided the perfect backdrop for unwinding and exploring the southern region, making it an ideal base to discover the wonders of Yala.The spacious room with a comfortable four-poster bed and a private balcony offering breathtaking views of the lake and lush gardens was a true delight. The cozy boutique style accommodation exuded a warm and inviting atmosphere, making me feel right at home.The exceptional service and genuine hospitality of the staff truly set Lake View Cottage apart. From arranging a memorable safari at Yala National Park to going above and beyond to ensure our comfort - their dedication and attentiveness were commendable.The organic meals served at the on-site restaurant were a flavorful treat, offering a mix of Sri Lankan, Indian, and Chinese cuisines. The restaurant also provided stunning views of the lake, adding to the dining experience.Moreover, the hotel's amenities such as free bicycle hire, car hire, and 24-hour front desk added convenience to our stay. The attention to detail, from the well-appointed rooms to the peaceful surroundings, made every moment at Lake View Cottage truly special.Lake View Cottage exceeded my expectations in every aspect, leaving a lasting impression of warmth, comfort, and exceptional service.
